Delivery Policy

How much will the standard delivery cost?

The standard delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the items, plus the delivery location. Multiple items can be fit into one box. The delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Orders and deliveries are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Deliveries are made between 8:00am – 5pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of Gold Coast deliveries, which are made between 8am and 6pm. We currently do not have a weekend delivery service.

During the wet season, deliveries to Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In this event, deliveries may take longer than our usual time frame.

Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavour to provide the most up-to-date information for your order or contact you if circumstances change. A team member will contact you via your phone number as listed in your contact details. Please ensure your contact details are up to date. If a team member has not contacted you by the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Team.

What is Click and Collect/How does it work?

When buying online, you have the option to pick up your order from OneX store and avoid paying delivery charges. Simply select the Pick Up In-Store option and nominate your preferred location. When you complete your payment we will send you an email order confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up. For non-clearance items that are out of stock, the store can place the order on backorder and notify you when it’s ready for collection.

Where do you deliver for Online Orders?

All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person – or if you haven’t received them within a reasonable period – Contact Us for further instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

Who will deliver my order?

We deliver to your home or office from OneX Store. Products are dispatched from a OneX store. For the items delivery, we have partnered with Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fast Track, TNT and Hunter Express

For larger purchases we have a dedicated delivery team who can, not only deliver your products at a convenient time for you, however as an added service, remove your old item along with the packaging.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email letting you know your order is on its way to you. For further updates on tracking your order status please contact OneX store fulfilling your order.

Can OneX arrange for my new product to be installed?

Yes, OneX can happily arrange fully guaranteed installation on most products (charges apply), please contact our store for more information.
